    1.具有豐富的國際航空租賃行業飛機評估經驗，具備國際航空租賃行業認可的相關資質和專業能力。
    2.具備為空客、波音的商用飛機在國際主要銀行金融機構開展融資項目的豐富經驗。
    3.具備為空客、波音的商用飛機提供維護、檢驗和機況等的物理檢查（Physical Inspection），以及對租約條款提供按國際航空租賃行業標準和監管要求提供審閱服務能力者優先。
    4.具有ISTAT注冊評估師認證的團隊成員，在中國境外擁有常駐的機構或分支機構，具備為中國大陸境外飛機資產開展評估的服務能力。
    5.具有良好的國際信譽，近3年在沒有違反相關法律法規、職業道德、執業準則的行為和其他不良從業記錄。

As a state-owned enterprise approved and incorporated by Sichuan Provincial Government, Sichuan Development Holding Co., Ltd. (SDH) hereby calls for bids from qualified aircraft appraisers for SDH’s Aviation Project. Below are detailed requests of this notice:

3. Qualifications:
1) Very experienced in aircraft appraisal in international aviation leasing industry. Equipped with internationally-recognized qualifications and abilities.
2) Very experienced in financing for Airbus, Boeing and other commercial aircrafts at world major banks and financial institutions.
3)  Able to provide physical inspection on the maintenance, inspection and conditions of Airbus, Boeing and other commercial aircraft; able to review lease terms according to international standards and supervision requirements.
4) Equipped with ISTAT Registered and Certified Appraisers; based in overseas China with resident offices or branches; able to provide appraisal services for overseas aircraft assets outside of China’s territory.
5) With a good international reputation and no record of breach of applicable laws and regulations, work ethics, misconduct or other misbehavior.
